USC Exemption

If your total income is under €13,000, USC doesn't apply at all. This is particularly relevant for part-time workers and pensioners.

How to Maximise Your Refund

You might be owed a refund if:

  • Tax credits weren't applied correctly

Keep Your Receipts

You must keep receipts for 6 years after claiming medical expenses relief. Revenue may request proof at any time during this period.
